Let me use this opportunity on behalf of myself and the rest of the executive, to thank all the PSSL members for allowing us to steer the ship, from 2021-24. Under the leadership of Alhaji Murtada Sesay that I serve for almost 6 years our watch word was "Rebranding". You would agree with me that a lot of rebranding was done in those 6 years.
Now we are taking it forward "Rebranding through stakeholder collaboration".
Everyone in the PSSL is important, if there is a project or idea that you think would make us better, please bring it, we are a listening executive.
Since coming into office in December 2021, a lot of successes have been achieved. From normalization of the grading system for both pharmacist and pharmacy technicians to recruitment of some batches that have been left behind since 2019. Of course, the glass is never full, but as we strive ahead we must learn to appreciate the little things, which when put together would be big things. Another big success that was handed over to us from the previous executive was the need to fully acquire a piece of land by documentation at the Ministry of Lands. It is our desire that by 2023.
